1. Gift cards are available for purchase in various denominations directly from Essential Balance.

1. Upon purchase, the gift card becomes the property of the purchaser or designated recipient.

1. Treat gift cards as cash; they will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.

2. Redemption and Usage

1. Gift cards can be redeemed exclusively for services and merchandise offered by Essential Balance.

1. Multiple gift cards may be used in a single transaction, subject to the available balance on each card.

1. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except where required by law.

3. Expiration and Inactivity

1. Gift cards expire ONE year after date of purchase.

4. Fraud Prevention

1. Essential Balance reserves the right to void any gift card or refuse a transaction if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

7. Policy Updates

1. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Essential Balance.

1. Any amendments will be communicated to customers as necessary.

8. A 3.5% online purchase fee will be automatically added to any online purchase.
