Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

The Essential Balance Massage Therapy Referral Program (“Program”) is open to all current clients who refer new clients to Essential Balance.

Referral Rewards:

For each new client referred who completes their first appointment and mentions the referring client’s name at the time of booking or appointment, the referred client will receive 20% off their first service. The referring client will receive a $5 credit (“Referral Credit”) redeemable toward any service or product at Essential Balance.

Referral Credit Usage:

Referral Credits can be combined with other offers and are treated like cash toward future services or products. Referral Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

Referral Verification:

To qualify for rewards, the referred client must provide the referring client’s name during their first appointment booking. Referrals that cannot be verified will not be eligible for rewards.

Limitations:

Referral Credits will only be awarded after the referred client’s first appointment is completed.

General:

Referral Credits have no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any misuse or abuse of the Program may result in disqualification from participation.

Changes to Terms:

Essential Balance reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
